We may have been inspired by flavours from Europe and the USA, but our Head Chef prides himself on sourcing ingredients right here in the UK, where possible. In fact, the closer to our beautiful corner of the world in Bardsley, the better. All dishes at our restaurant in Oldham are prepared and cooked in-house by our talented team of chefs.
